Re “Life on our own fall line,” Opinion, Nov. 29
I’m sorry, but Southern California transplant Meghan Daum complaining about our long summer is like a person complaining about Tokyo’s crowds or hurricanes on the Gulf Coast. Of course we have warm weather; that’s one thing our region is famous for. What did she expect?
If Daum wanted chilly fall nights, followed by snow and freezing her buns off, maybe she should have considered living somewhere where the weather is like that. The rest of us will happily be wearing our tank tops and flip-flops in the middle of December.
