A few too many nosy neighbors

Neighbors are good for emergency cups of sugar, but nobody likes a snoop.
A recent nationwide poll conducted by ServiceMagic.com, a website that provides names of pre-screened home-improvement and repair professionals, revealed that 64% of 1,100 people surveyed said their neighbors follow their lives too closely and that they have caught the culprits in the act.
Further, four out of five said someone on their block “sees everything” going on. Half consider it harmless, while the other half claims the snooper is hoping to report loud noises, illegally parked cars, overgrown lawns and other nuisances.
How many considered themselves nosy? Just 9%. But 2% admitted that they were the ones who “see everything.”
