Fewer uninsured at Wal-Mart

Wal-Mart Stores Inc. in Bentonville, Ark., said its rate of uninsured employees dropped more than 20% last year, fueled in part by its new healthcare plans for workers.
The world’s largest retailer said only 7.3% of its workers reported being uninsured, down from 9.6% the year before. Wal-Mart said more than half of its eligible employees were covered by its healthcare plans.
