A 24-year-old man who made California’s “most-wanted” list in a gang-related killing two years ago has been arrested in Oregon.
The U.S. Marshals Service joined Santa Ana police in tracking down Inocente Secundino Jr. in Coos Bay on the southern Oregon coast Tuesday night.
An arrest warrant for Secundino was issued after the fatal shooting of a young Santa Ana man, Steven Arreguin, on July 17, 2006.
Police say Secundino and Arreguin were arguing when Arreguin was shot and killed.
Investigators said they had been looking for Secundino across the country and in Mexico.
