A GOP spy?

Re “Democrats go easy on Lieberman,” Nov. 19
Keeping Sen. Joe Lieberman (I-Conn.) in the Democratic caucus is to knowingly allow a Republican spy to attend Democratic strategy meetings. Letting Lieberman retain a committee chairmanship allows him to influence key program agendas of the administration.
The senator has demonstrated that he has no allegiance to the Democratic Party and that he will do whatever is required to forward his own personal priorities. If Lieberman had any integrity, he would have joined the Republican caucus. However, they may have enough sense to refuse to accept him.
