I HAVE never left a Tina Turner concert not having a deeper experience of myself delivered through the gift of her artistry. It’s clear that Ann Powers missed that opportunity [“Top of Her Game,” Oct. 15]. Apparently her evening was dedicated instead to a cerebral dissection and interpretation that made sure after reading her review you thought of Powers, not Tina Turner’s contribution.
