A couple known for adopting special-needs children struggled with gunmen before they were killed in their home near Pensacola, with the wife apparently trying to protect one of the children, surveillance video from their living room shows.
Byrd and Melanie Billings were slain in their bedroom, where there were no cameras.
Eight people have been charged in the case.
