Holiday closures Monday is Presidents Day. The following schedule is in effect:* Government: City, county, state and federal offices are closed.* Mail: No delivery; post offices are closed.* Libraries: Most are closed, including Los Angeles, Santa Monica and Beverly Hills systems.* Banks: Most are closed.* Schools: Public campuses are closed.* Public transit: MTA buses, Metro Rail and Metrolink lines offer regular weekday service. Foothill Transit is running limited routes.
