Pop music: Carole King and James Taylor at the Hollywood Bowl
- Share via
More than 40 years after they played their first joint show at the Troubadour in Los Angeles, Carole King and James Taylor have reunited with their original backing band to do it again. This time, they’re taking the show — and many of the original folk-driven songs they played in the late 1960s — on the road, with stops in Australia, New Zealand, Japan and our very own Hollywood Bowl. 2301 N. Highland Ave., L.A. 7:30 p.m. Thursday-Saturday. Ticket prices vary. (323) 850-2000, https://www.hollywoodbowl.com
