Update: Right wing Dustin Brown will be available, having escaped supplementary discipline for an illegal check to the head called against him when he hit Minnesota’s Antti Miettinen on Monday. Kings executives said they were unsure whether the NHL rescinded Brown’s game misconduct. Coach Terry Murray said Jake Muzzin, summoned from Manchester (N.H.) of the American Hockey League after Drew Doughty (concussion) was put on injured reserve, will be the spare defenseman and won’t play. Goaltender Jonathan Bernier will start. Marty Turco (2.65 goals-against, .921 save percentage) is expected to start for the Blackhawks, who have lost two consecutive games. Defenseman Brian Campbell (sprained knee) won’t play.
