Actor Adrian Bellani has sold his house in Hollywood Hills West for $2.1 million.
The designer-perfect home, built in 1964, was once owned by talk show host EllenDeGeneres as part of a compound.
The contemporary has vaulted and extra-high ceilings, dark wood floors and retractable walls of glass. The 2,267 square feet of living space includes a step-down dining room, a breakfast bar, a fireplace, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a three-car garage.
The master bedroom and bathroom have balconies. Patio space sits off the main living areas.
Views take in the surrounding hillsides, and there’s a three-car garage.
Bellani, 32, is often associated with his role as the second Miguel Lopez-Fitzgerald on the daytime series “Passions” in 2006 and 2007. This year he has appeared in the Tyler Perry-created TV series “The Haves and the Have Nots.”
He bought the property from DeGeneres in 2007 for $1.995 million, public records show.
John Galich and Daniel Schott of Rodeo Realty were the listing agents.
