Part of his real estate portfolio, the 1962 contemporary sits in the celebrity-coveted Bird Streets area.

There are four bedrooms, six bathrooms and fireplaces in the family and living rooms as well as the master bedroom.
An architectural gem in the desert
Zito was with the San Francisco Giants until last year, when his $126-million contract expired.
The free agent bought the property in 2010 for $2.155 million. Sharon Hills of Kobeissi Properties is the listing agent.
The left-handed pitcher also recently put his home in Marin County up for lease at $28,500 a month, reported Realtor.com. Set on two acres, that house has 7,116 square feet of living space, four bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Outdoor amenities include a swimming pool, a fireplace and a terrace.
