Novelist Jackie Collins has put a home in Bel-Air up for lease at $18,000 a month.
The furnished traditional-style house includes living, dining and family rooms, a library/study, a breakfast bar and a tumbled-marble kitchen with a Viking range. The oversized master bedroom features a fireplace and walk-in closet for a total of four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
The close to an acre of grounds contains a swimming pool with a spa.
Collins, 77, has written more than two dozen novels, some of which have been made into films or mini-series. Among her books are “Hollywood Wives,” which was the start of a series, and the Santangelo novels.
Her sister is actress Joan Collins.
The house previously sold in 1980 for $700,000. Collins has been renting out the property for as much as $20,000 a month. She owns other homes in the Los Angeles area.
Celebrity Address Aerial spotted the lease listing.
Annalee Chandler and Heidi Prince of Ferraro & Associates are the leasing agents.
