Stand-up comedian Jeff Dunham has listed his Encino estate for $5.199 million.
The custom-built Mediterranean, constructed in 2008, is a sprawling 6,522 square feet and sits on nearly a half-acre.
The Tuscan-inspired main house features a rotunda entry with hickory floors, arched windows, high ceilings and wrought iron work. The kitchen/family room combo has high-end appliances and a fireplace. Another fireplace occupies the living room. A butler’s pantry sits off the dining room.
The master suite includes a fireplace, a rain-type shower and an expansive balcony for a total of five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms.
A guesthouse with an outdoor barbecue and a swimming pool are in the backyard.
Dunham, 52, has made the late-night circuit as a comedian and ventriloquist. He also has had numerous television specials and a show bearing his name in 2009.
The writer-producer bought the property in 2009 for $4.25 million, public records show. He owns another house in nearby Hidden Hills, according to Variety.
