Actress-model Kristanna Loken, who starred in the 2003 sci-fi film “Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines,” sold her Burbank house for its asking price of $950,000.
The Cape Cod-inspired home, built in 1948, sits off a cobblestone driveway. A front-facing bay window, twin dormer windows, a chimney and a steep gabled roof add charm to the façade.
Inside the two-story house, 2,626 square feet of living space include a formal entry hall, a living room, a den/library, a formal dining room, an eat-in kitchen, four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one with a claw-foot tub. There’s a fireplace with a mantel in the living room.
A covered patio, lawn, a grapevine and mature trees make up the yard.
Loken, 36, will star in the upcoming thrillers “Body of Deceit” and “Demo.” She was on “Girl Meets World” this year. Her work includes such series as “Burn Notice,” “The L Word” and “Painkiller Jane.”
