The Beverly Crest-area home of the late actor Louis Jourdan and his wife, Berthe, is up for sale at $3.298 million.
The French-style house, built in 1959, includes living, family, dining and breakfast rooms, a library, a bar, four bedrooms and four bathrooms on a single level. There are two fireplaces in the 2,671-square-foot home.
The living room, family room and master suite look out onto a swimming pool on the nearly half-acre of grounds.
Louis Jourdan, who died in February at 93, was known for his leading man good looks. He starred in such films as “Octopussy” (1983), “Gigi” (1958) and “Three Coins in the Fountain” (1954). His scores of movie and television credits span more than five decades.
Berthe Frédérique “Quique” Jourdan died last year.
They bought the house in 1980 for $551,500, public records show.
Barbara Duskin of Hilton & Hyland, an affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, and Leonard Rabinowitz of The Agency are the listing agents.
