Singer Luis Miguel’s lease home listed for sale in Bel-Air

A home in Bel-Air that was being leased by Grammy-winning singer Luis Miguel is for sale at $5.895 million.
The stately traditional features a sweeping staircase off the entry, a formal living room with a wet bar, a den, a breakfast area, five bedrooms, five bathrooms and 5,200 square feet of living space. A terrace off the master bedroom overlooks the back yard. The more than three-quarter-acre grounds include a grotto-style swimming pool, spa and circular driveway.

Miguel, 43, is known for his contributions to Latin pop music and his live performances. He won his first Grammy at 14 singing a duet of “Me Gustas Tal Como Eres” with Sheena Easton. His album México En La Piel won a best album Grammy in 2005.
