Veteran television director-producer Noel Nosseck is listing his estate in Beverly Hills for sale at $3.895 million.
The Spanish-style villa, built in 1934, has been restored and renovated to its original vintage while incorporating a host of modern updates. Among the interior details are artisan Spanish tiles, French doors and hardwood flooring. The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances.
Four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace and a formal dining room lie within nearly 3,800 square feet of living space. The second-story master suite is topped with vaulted and beamed ceilings and has a view of the leafy backyard.
Outside, the park-like setting includes space for entertaining, citrus and avocado trees, an outdoor kitchen and a brick-rimmed swimming pool. Across from the main house is a guesthouse with a full bathroom and kitchenette.
Nosseck began his Hollywood career in the 1970s as a film director before transitioning into television and a director-producer. His scores of TV credits include the shows “Downtown,” “Burke’s Law” and “Hunter.”
He bought the house roughly two decades ago, records show.
Aaron Kirman and Neyshia Go of Pacific Union International hold the listing.
