Taylor Kitsch of “Friday Night Lights” fame has bought a condo in Marina del Rey for $705,000.
The loft, in the Marina Arts District, features dark wood floors, exposed ducts, high ceilings and 1,240 square feet of open concept space. There are two bathrooms and two parking spots in the gated underground garage.
The kitchen has an eat-at island and stainless-steel appliances. Sliding doors open to a private patio. Although there are no distinct bedrooms there is a dressing area.
Kitsch, 33, was a fixture on the series “Friday Night Lights” from 2006 to ’11. More recently he has kept busy starring in films “Savages” (2012), “The Grand Seduction” (2013) and “Lone Survivor” (2013). He also stars in the TV movie “The Normal Heart” this month.
Tamra Pardee of Pardee Properties was the listing agent. Heather Gersley and Heather Swaya of Gibson International represented Kitsch.
