Even sex advice author Laura Corn may have to agree that sometimes, less is more. She just lowered the price of her Malibu home to $3,795,000 -- about a 16% reduction from its original listing price at $4.4 million in August.
The ocean-view house sits on 1 1/2 flat acres. There are six bedrooms and 7 1/2 bathrooms in 6,053 square feet. The neighborhood is gated, and there is a white fence surrounding the single-story Hamptons-style estate.
Corn’s book “101 Sexy Dares” was released in paperback in August, and her newest title, “Passport to Pleasure,” was released this week. Her “Ask Laura Corn” column runs on iVillage.com.
Madison Hildebrand of Coldwell Banker, Malibu West, is the listing agent.
