TV ratings: CBS’ ‘Big Brother’ easily wins Thursday

With “Hell’s Kitchen’s” season now over, Thursday night’s live eviction episode of “Big Brother” on CBS was the highest rated and most viewed show of the night.
The broadcast, in which a fifth house guest was booted, delivered 7.04 million viewers and a rating of 2.5 rating in the key 18-49 demographic, according to preliminary numbers from Nielsen. The show’s demo rating was flat with last week. A ratings point equals about 1.3 million viewers.

The reality series was the only CBS original for the night.
Over on NBC, Nick Lachey-hosted singing contest “The Winner Is...” held steady with last week with a 0.9 in 18-49. After that, “Hollywood Game Night” posted a 1.2, down 8% from last week.
ABC’s slapstick-heavy obstacle course show “Wipeout” jumped 20% to 1.2.
