Coupled In the two-hour season finale, those who have found romance on the island will decide whether they’re going to leave as part of a pair or individually, and they get some help in reaching their conclusions: Terrence “J” Jenkins hosts. 8 p.m. Fox
Chopped Junior Snakes are on the menu for the appetizer round. Chris Colfer (“Glee”) joins chefs Amanda Freitag and Raiza Costa on the judges’ panel. Ted Allen is the host. 8 p.m. Food
Pretty Little Liars As the police department starts to dismantle the Liars’ elaborate cover-up, the friends begin to question whether Rollins really is dead. Ashley Benson, Sasha Pieterse, Lucy Hale and Ian Harding star. 8 p.m. Freeform
Zoo Jackson’s (James Wolk) background could hold clues to a cure for the animal uprising. Ken Olin and Bess Armstrong guest star as Jackson’s parents. Kristen Connolly and Nonso Anozie also star. 9 p.m. CBS
MADtv Ike Barinholtz and Bobby Lee are guests in this new episode of the revived sketch comedy series. 9 p.m. KTLA
Deadliest Catch The unscripted dangerous profession series ends its season. 9 p.m. Discovery
Dead of Summer As the counselors search for answers, some members of the camp staff decide to take drastic measures to gain information, while Deputy Sykes (Alberto Frezza) receives a tip from the past that suggests he is on the right track. Animal Kingdom The local police put J (Finn Cole) in an impossible situation as his uncles prepare to go after the biggest score of their lives, while Smurf (Ellen Barkin) grows suspicious of Catherine’s (Daniella Alonso) motives when she seeks to make amends. 9 p.m. TNT
Running Wild With Bear Grylls Julianne Hough (“Grease: Live”) tackles a series of fresh tasks as the next celebrity to submit to the Grylls brand of outdoor adventure in Africa. 10 p.m. NBC
Mistresses Karen (Yunjin Kim) worries when Alec (Ed Quinn) wants complete custody of Vivian in the new episode. 10 p.m. ABC
Independent Lens The documentary episode “T-Rex: Her Fight for Gold” details the personal struggles Olympic gold-medal boxer Claressa “T-Rex” Shields had to overcome to reach 2012 Summer Olympics in London, and return in 2016. 10 p.m. KOCE; 10:30 p.m. KPBS
Feed the Beast In the season finale, Tommy (David Schwimmer) makes a bold offer to Woichik (Michael Gladis) hoping to settle Dion’s (Jim Sturridge) debt, once and for all. Elijah Jacob and Christine Adams also star. 10 p.m. AMC

The Nazi Games -- Berlin 1936 This new special recalls the Olympiad that made track-and-field medalist Jesse Owens a household name and had a very particular meaning for Adolf Hitler, who wanted to use the event to promote the Nazi party to the world at large. 8 p.m. KOCE and KPBS
The Hills: That Was Then, This Is Now Six years after the cancellation of the hit unscripted series that helped make her a pop-culture star, Lauren Conrad returns to host this new special in which she reflects on the effect the show had on her and her fellow castmembers, including Heidi Montag, Audrina Patridge, Whitney Port and Kristin Cavallari. 8 and 9 p.m. MTV
