Xzibit lowers home’s asking price

Rapper turned actor Alvin “ Xzibit” Joiner has lowered the asking price to $650,000 on his Los Angeles home, which has been approved for a short sale, according to Multiple Listing Service details.
He bought the gated Woodland Hills-area house in 2003 for $670,000, public records show. Built in 1976, it has 3,160 square feet of living space, five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have French doors that open to the backyard.
Xzibit, 35, starred in “The Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans” (2009) and “Gridiron Gang” (2006). He hosted “Pimp My Ride” (2004). Among his albums are “40 Dayz & 40 Nightz” and “Man vs. Machine” (2002).
He originally listed house in 2008 at $1.2 million.
