Earthquake: 3.1 quake reported near Cobb

A shallow magnitude 3.1 earthquake was reported Thursday afternoon four miles from Cobb, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The temblor occurred at 1:15 p.m. Pacific time at a depth of 0.6 miles.
According to the USGS, the epicenter was 13 miles from Clearlake, 15 miles from Healdsburg, 19 miles from Windsor and 72 miles from Sacramento, Calif.
