Emergency workers to serve pancakes on Labor Day

Off-duty firefighters, lifeguards and police officers will be flipping pancakes, cooking sausage and pouring coffee during the Laguna Beach Exchange Club’s annual pancake breakfast Monday.
Breakfast, which costs $5, will be served from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Heisler Park.
All proceeds will benefit child-abuse prevention programs.
