Baseball: Crescenta Valley’s Brian Gadsby commits to UCLA

Brian Gadsby, who was a standout junior pitcher last season at Crescenta Valley, has committed to UCLA.
He was 9-2 on the mound and has been pitching well this summer. He also has been Crescenta Valley’s quarterback in football.
“It shows you don’t have to hit every showcase,” Coach Phil Torres said. “If you pitch well, people will find you.”
