Baseball: Palomino World Series final is Monday night

The Urban Youth Academy will face Puerto Rico in the championship game of the Palomino World Series for 19U on Monday at 7 p.m. at the Urban Youth Academy in Compton.
Adrian Martinez, a St. John Bosco grad, helped the Urban Youth Academy win its semifinal game over Mexico, 14-4. He threw 4 1/3 innings and gave up one unearned run and three hits.
