Boys’ basketball: Crespi is headed to Bay Area to salute London Perrantes, plus play a game
- Share via
Crespi Coach Russell White found two good reasons to head to the Bay Area on Wednesday with his varsity, junior varsity and freshman teams on a bus.
For one, they can form a vocal rooting section for former Crespi guard London Perrantes, who will be in town on Wednesday night with Virginia playing Cal in a basketball game.
And second, all three Crespi teams will be playing Bishop O’Dowd in a nonleague game on Thursday afternoon before returning to Encino the same night.
If Crespi players want an autograph, they have somebody very close to Perrantes to help them. His younger brother, Isaiah, is a junior on the varsity team.
Here’s the link to a Washington Post story on Perrantes coming back to the West Coast.
