Boys’ basketball: Ira Lee has left Sierra Canyon

Standout junior forward Ira Lee is leaving Chatsworth Sierra Canyon to transfer to Prolific Prep in Northern California.
His decision comes after Sierra Canyon announced on Saturday that 6-foot-11 sophomore Marvin Bagley III had arrived from Arizona.
As for who’s best in this trade, only time will tell. First Bagley has to receive eligibility clearance from the CIF Southern Section.
Lee missed last season with a shoulder injury. He had emerged this season as Sierra Canyon’s top big man.
Prolific Prep is also the school where former St. John Bosco standout Vance Jackson left for.
