Standout senior guard Namon Wright has decided to return to Pacific Hills for his senior year after previously indicating he would attend Findlay Prep in Las Vegas.
In a statement released by the school, “Namon decided it would be in his best interest to remain at Pacific Hills so that he can graduate with his classmates. This decision was personal. He wants to continue to play for coach’s Barahona and Nash and wants to help lead Pacific Hills to another championship.”
Pacific Hills won the state Division IV championship last season. Wright has scholarship offers from UCLA and USC, among others.
Pacific Hills moves to the Coastal League this season.
