They waited more than a month at Santa Margarita for the Rasheed brothers, Kaden and Noah, to become eligible after transferring from Mission Viejo, and they delivered last week in their debut.
It was Kaden’s basket at the buzzer to defeat St. John Bosco in a critical Trinity League game. He averaged 14.3 points in three games. Noah averaged 16.3 points.

Santa Margarita is 10-1 going into a showdown game against Mater Dei on Wednesday at Santa Margarita.
“If we play well, then we’re right there,” Reinert said.
