Football: Big plays keep coming from Dylan Crawford of St. Francis
- Share via
Any time junior receiver-defensive back Dylan Crawford of St. Francis touches the football, there’s a chance it’s going to be a big play.
He has six plays of 50 or more yards this season for the unbeaten Golden Knights (6-0). He’ll be a prime focus for Cathedral (6-0) on Friday night during an Angelus League showdown at Cathedral.
Coach Jim Bonds is always looking to get the ball to Crawford, but he does have a target on his back. Crawford is averaging 22.1 yards a catch, with 17 receptions.
Cathedral believes stopping the St. Francis rushing game will be key to victory, along with denying the big play to Crawford.
