Football: Garfield’s Josh Davis receives $20,000 scholarship

It’s not every day that someone shows up with a gift of a $20,000 academic scholarship, but that’s what happened on Thursday at Garfield High, where Foot Locker and DoSomething.org presented Josh Davis with the academic scholarship handed to him by USC’s Marqise Lee.
Davis, a Bulldog standout in football, is also a top student in the classroom.
