Football: Josh Rosen receives award from National Football Foundation

Former St. John Bosco quarterback Josh Rosen is one of five former high school players in the nation to be selected by the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame as recipient of its scholar-athlete award.
Each athlete is considered best from his region.
Rosen, now a freshman at UCLA, will travel to New York to be honored on Dec. 8 at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel.
The award is based on academic achievement, athletic accolades and community involvement.
