Football: North Torrance’s Mique Juarez is finalist for Butkus Award

Mique Juarez, a standout linebacker at North Torrance, is one of five finalists for the Butkus Award, given to the nation’s top high school linebacker.
The winner will be named by Dec. 8 by a panel of recruiters, scouts and journalists.
Juarez also plays quarterback and had 60 touchdowns overall this season, including 36 on runs.
