Football: Top QBs in West Valley League clash on Friday
- Share via
Friday’s West Valley League opener between Chatsworth (5-0) and host Taft (4-1) matches the league’s top two quarterbacks.
Taft’s 6-foot-4 senior, Chris Duncan, has passed for 1,076 yards and 13 touchdowns with two interceptions.
Chatsworth’s junior quarterback, Tyger Goslin, has passed for 1,368 yards and 18 touchdowns with three interceptions.
Duncan is a straight-A student who played on junior varsity for two years. He has a terrific arm and deceiving speed.
There could be lots of points scored, and whichever defense produces the most turnovers will be very important in the game’s outcome.
