Girls’ basketball: Two Afolabi sisters are at Cleveland

Two top girls’ basketball players who previously attended Monroe, the Afolabi sisters, are now enrolled at Reseda Cleveland, Athletic Director Greg Venger confirmed.
Zenab Afolabi is a 5-10 junior. Aliyyat Afolabi is a 5-7 sophomore. Both played for Cleveland’s summer club team.
Monroe’s coach, Quincy Brooks, resigned.
No transfer paperwork has been filed yet, so still to be determined is when the Afolabis will be eligible to play.
