Girls’ basketball: Windward wins tournament in Las Vegas

Charisma Osborne helped lead Windward to the championship of the girls’ version of the Tarkanian Classic on Tuesday in Las Vegas.
She scored 22 points in Windward’s 52-44 win over Campbell County Wyoming.
She was named tournament MVP.
