Volleyball: Carson is seeded No. 1 in City Section Division I playoffs

Carson is seeded No. 1 and Palisades No. 2 in the City Section Division I boys’ volleyball playoffs that begin on Tuesday. Granada Hills is No. 3 and El Camino Real No. 4.
