Update: Dallas hasn’t exactly been incredible since acquiring Rajon Rondo, going 1-2 with losses to Atlanta and Phoenix. It hasn’t been Rondo’s fault, though. He’s averaging 12.7 points, 9.3 assists, 5.7 rebounds and two steals with Dallas. The Mavericks clubbed the Lakers last month in Dallas, 140-106, shooting 62.2% overall and scoring 110 points through three quarters.
