If you crave the full-flavored tastes of Indian cuisine, you might be attracted to a new Pacific Delight Tours’ itinerary that explores the rich spice mixes and regional flavors of the subcontinent. Culinary Journey through India has a four-night itinerary that includes exploring the city of Delhi and then to Agra to visit the Taj Mahal, all while enjoying special dinners, a cooking demonstration and visits to some of India’s top-rated restaurants. An 11-night tour includes a wider-ranging itinerary.

Price: The four-night itinerary starts at $2,595 per person, double occupancy, and includes accommodations in Delhi’s Leela Palace, transfers with an English-speaking driver, some meals and activities. The 11-night tour starts at $8,995 per person, double occupancy. Single supplements are $795 for the four-night tour and $2,195 for the 11-night tour. International airfare is not included.
