Pumpkin Festival and corn maze in Tucson, Arizona

A horse-drawn wagon carts pumpkin hunters to the patch at Tucson’s Buckelew Farm, where a 15-acre corn maze has five miles of trails for tramping. The festival also has games; a petting zoo; pedal carts; arts and crafts; and food for sale, including grilled hot dogs, corn on the cob and homemade pumpkin pie. For after-dark thrills, the corn maze can be explored by flashlight, and the Haunted Cornfield awaits the brave.
When, where: Oct. 12, 13, 19, 20, 26 and 27 at Buckelew Farm, 17000 W. Ajo Way, Tucson.
Cost: $4 per person for pumpkin festival (children in diapers free), includes wagon rides to and from the pumpkin field; corn maze, $8 ($10 at night), $6 ($8) ages 6 to 12, 5 and younger free; Haunted Cornfield, $18 per person (includes corn maze).
