Your Scene: Another kind of Roman ruin

This photo from Times reader “lissabw” reminds us that Rome‘s relics of the past come in many forms. Some are ancient temples still in impressive condition. Some are massive stadiums that have withstood centuries of wear. And some are plucky little cars that have been around...well, maybe since the 20th century, anyway.
The photographer calls this shot “unidentifiable Roman ruin.” The front (I think that’s the front) of the car reads “Ranger.” Anyone know what kind of car this is?
