Eric LaMotte, son of Steve and Cindy...

Eric LaMotte, son of Steve and Cindy Lamotte of Huntington Beach,

recently graduated with top honors from Sage Hill School in Newport

Coast.

LaMotte was awarded the Science Department Award, as well as the

“Head of the School” award. He was also selected as one of the Top 20

Shining Students of Orange County by Orange County Magazine.

LaMotte is a national merit scholar and will attend Wesleyan

University in Middletown, Conn., in the fall.

The University of California, Santa Barbara recently released the

dean’s list for the spring quarter. The honor is given to students

who maintain a 3.75 average.

Huntington Beach residents receiving the honor included Nicholas

Abbott, Rebecca Gayle, Victoria Heglar, Jeffrey Ingram, Allyson

Johnson, Deborah Karm, Daryn Katzen, Heather Layton, Grace Lui,

Michelle Miller, Heather O’Neil, Lauren Pellman, Stephanie Wahl and

Colin Whiting.
